The service

Remindly is a free, offline reminder app. It stores reminders on your device and schedules local notifications. There is no account system, no cloud sync, and no subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or third party rights
• Distribute modified copies of the App without permission

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or that scheduled notifications will always deliver exactly on time. Notification reliability depends on your device’s operating system and settings, which may delay, batch, or suppress notifications outside our control (for example, in low-power modes).

Do not rely on Remindly for safety-critical or medical reminders where missing a notification could cause harm.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Remindly or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.

Your data

All reminder data is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve it. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes the data.

Changes to the App

We may update the App from time to time to fix bugs, improve usability, or add features. Some updates may change behavior. You can decline an update by not installing it.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
